the meeting of the plastic and reconstructive
surgeons of Egypt represents a contribution in the progress of their specialty
and a step forward for all of us to keep our specialty high by the enormous
efforts of the experts to teach the young generation in instructional courses
, reports of international conferences , the most recent scientific work
in all universities and medical centers in Egypt. All fields of plastic
surgery, esthetic surgery, flaps and new materials used in plastic surgery
procedures will be discussed in this meeting .

Dear welcomed speaker, our conference
that is going to be tackled by the highest technology available concerning
audiovisuals.
These facilities are made available
for you to present your work and for us the handle the conference in a
professional manner.
1- Speakers are requested to supply
their presentations in the form of 3.5” floppy disk drives or compact disks
(CD), which will work on IBM format.
2- Presentations supplied on 35mm
conventional slides are NOT ALLOWED, as slide projectors will not be available
in the conference rooms.
3- In case 35mm slides are presented
to the audiovisual center of the conference a L.E 3.00 will be charged
for each slide to be scanned by a slide scanner and converted on a CD.
4- Videotapes will be accepted as
a way of presenting data; they should be recorded on a VHS format and recorded
as PAL or NTSC systems.
5- Presentations containing video
should be in an “.mpeg” format and not “.avi”.
6- All presentations should be supplied
to the audiovisual center the morning of the presentation with at least
one hour prior to the time of the talk, this is recommended because no
floppies, CDs or videotapes will be accepted in the conference rooms. Videotapes
should be adjusted to the starting point to play.
7- Speakers that wish to use their
own notebook (laptop) are requested to keep a copy of their presentations
on a CD at the audiovisual center.
8- A special computer network will
have all the presentations stored on it and the requested talk will be
called at its time in the desired room, all under the control of computer
operators, who will be at your request whenever you need any help.
9- Speakers who are in need to revise
their presentations before handling it to the audiovisual center are requested
to do that in the special computer available for that, as changes in presentations
will not be allowed after handling it to the audiovisual center.
Language
The official language is English.
All lectures and presentations will
be held in the English language only. Only one lecture in Italian language
which will be translated immediately.
Exhibition
A wide area provided for a large
medical Exhibition including some of the largest pharmaceutical companies
interested in the field of nephrology, renal & peritoneal dialysis
will be held during the 2 days of the conference. Companies representatives
should have their own exhibitor badges from the registration area (companies
service ) to access the conference exhibition and activities.
Companies should fulfill their participation
form for members representing their company in the conference.

treatment should contact the organizing staff for the First Aid point also
at the information desk .In case of emergency, the following number should
